คณะกรรมการความมั่นคงแห่งรัฐ หรือ เคจีบี (รัสเซีย: Комите́т госуда́рственной безопа́сности; ย่อ: КГБ) เป็นอดีตหน่วยงานกลาง ดูแลการข่าว ความมั่นคง ตำรวจสันติบาล และ กิจการชายแดนของสหภาพโซเวียตตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1954-1991 โดยเคจีบีถูกยุบไปหลังจากหัวหน้าเคจีบีได้ร่วมก่อกบฏรัฐบาลประธานาธิบดีกอร์บาชอฟ แต่ไม่สำเร็จ จึงถูกแทนที่โดยสำนักงานความมั่นคงกลาง (Federalnaya sluzhba bezopasnosti, FSB) แทน
