เบนซิลเพนิซิลลิน (อังกฤษ: benzylpenicillin) หรือ เพนิซิลลิน จี (penicillin G, PenG)^[4] หรือ BENPEN^[5] เป็นยาเพนิซิลลินชนิดมาตรฐาน โดยตัว G ย่อมาจาก Gold Standard หมายถึงมาตรฐานสูงสุดในการรักษา เพนิซิลลินจีเป็นยาที่ให้ทางหลอดเลือดดำเนื่องจากไม่คงทนในกรดไฮโดรคลอริกซึ่งมีอยู่ในกระเพาะอาหาร
