หนังสือฮาบากุก (อังกฤษ: Book of Habakkuk) เป็นส่วนที่ 8 ของหนังสือสิบสองผู้เผยพระวจนะน้อยในคัมภีร์ฮีบรู[1] ถือกันว่าเขียนโดยผู้เผยพระวจนะฮาบากุกและอาจะเขียนขึ้นในช่วงปลายศตวรรษที่ 7 ก่อนคริสตกาล ต้นฉบับดั้งเดิมเขียนด้วยภาษาฮีบรู

ในสามบทของหนังสือฮาบากุก สองบทแรกเป็นบทสนทนาระหว่างพระยาห์เวห์และผู้เผยพระวจนะฮาบายุก ข้อความที่ว่า "คนชอบธรรมจะดำรงชีวิตอยู่ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์"[2] มีบทบาทสำคัญในหลักคิดของศาสนาคริสต์ มีการใช้ในจดหมายของนักบุญเปาโลถึงชาวโรม, จดหมายของนักบุญเปาโลถึงชาวกาลาเทีย และจดหมายถึงชาวฮีบรูในฐานะจุดเริ่มต้นขอแนวคิดเรื่องความเชื่อ[1] สำเนาของทั้งสามบทนี้รวมอยู่ในคำอธิบายฮาบากุกที่พบในม้วนหนังสือเดดซี ในปัจจุบันบทที่ 3 ถือว่าเป็นบทสวด มีการถกเถียงกันว่าบทที่ 3 และอีก 2 บทแรกเขียนโดยผู้เขียนคนเดียวกันหรือไม่[1]
