หนังสือเศฟันยาห์ (อังกฤษ: Book of Zephaniah, /ˌzɛfəˈnaɪ.ə/; ฮีบรู: צְפַנְיָה, Ṣəfanyā; บางครั้งถอดเป็นอักษรละตินว่า Sophonias) เป็นส่วนที่ 8 ของหนังสือสิบสองผู้เผยพระวจนะน้อยในพันธสัญญาเดิมและคัมภีร์ฮีบรู อยู่ลำดับถัดจากหนังสือฮาบากุกและก่อนหน้าหนังสือฮักกัย "เศฟันยาห์" เป็นชื่อตัวสำหรับผู้ชายที่มักตีความให้มีความหมายว่า "พระยาห์เวห์ทรงซ่อน/คุ้มครอง"[1] หรือ "พระยาห์เวห์ทรงหลบซ่อน"[2] เจอโรมแห่งสไตรดอนผู้เป็นปิตาจารย์แห่งคริสตจักรตีความชื่อนี้ว่าหมายถึง "ยามขององค์เจ้านาย"[3] ต้นฉบับดั้งเดิมของหนังสือเศฟันยาห์เขียนด้วยภาษาฮีบรูไบเบิล
