ลัทธิเต๋า หรือ ศาสนาเต๋า (จีน: 道教 Dàojiao; อังกฤษ: Taoism) เป็นศาสนาเกี่ยวกับการดำรงชีวิตอยู่กับธรรมชาติ โดยคำว่า เต๋า แปลว่า "มรรค" หรือ "หนทาง" ซึ่งไม่สามารถรู้ได้ด้วยอักษรและชื่อ ถ่ายทอดไม่ได้
เล่าจื๊อ ศาสดาของศาสนาเต๋าได้เขียนข้อความสื่อถึง "เต๋า" ไว้ในคัมภีร์ "เต้าเต๋อจิง" (道德經 Dàodéjīng)
แนวคิดสำคัญอีกประการหนึ่งในศาสนาเต๋าคือเรื่อง "ยินหยาง" ซึ่งหมายถึง ธรรมชาติที่เป็นของคู่ตรงกันข้าม สิ่งที่เป็นของคู่
- ยิน (陰 yīn) คือพลังลบ มีลักษณะสีดำ เป็นพลังความมืด พบในทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างที่ให้ความหนาวเย็น ความมืด อ่อนนุ่ม ชื้นแฉะ ลึกลับ และเปลี่ยนแปลง เช่น เงามืด น้ำ ฯลฯ
