ศาสนาของชาวสะมาริตัน (อังกฤษ: Samaritan religion) หรือ ศาสนาสะมาริตัน (อังกฤษ: Samaritanism) เป็นศาสนาประจำชาติ[1] ของชาวสะมาริตัน (หรือชาวสะมาเรีย)[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] นับเป็นวงศ์วานอิสราเอลกลุ่มหนึ่ง แม้ตัวศาสนาจะมีความใกล้เคียงกับศาสนายูดาห์ แต่แตกต่างตรงที่ชาวสะมาริตันจะนับถือคัมภีร์โทราห์เฉพาะห้าเล่มแรกเท่านั้น บางฉบับมีสำนวนเป็นของตนเองต่างจากโทราห์ของชาวยิวเล็กน้อยเรียกว่าโทราห์สะมาริตัน พวกเขาเชื่อว่าเป็นคัมภีร์เก่าแก่ดั้งเดิม ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเนื้อหาอย่างโทราห์ของชาวยิว[10] นอกจากโทราห์สะมาเรียแล้ว พวกเขายังเทิดทูนหนังสือโยชูวาฉบับของตนเองและยอมรับบุคคลในไบเบิลเช่นอีไล
