การท่องเที่ยวทางเพศ (อังกฤษ: sex tourism) เป็นการท่องเที่ยวที่เน้นการมีเพศสัมพันธ์กับโสเภณีเป็นกิจกรรมหลักในการท่องเที่ยว โดย สมาคมท่องเที่ยวโลกของสหประชาชาติให้คำจำกัดความไว้ว่า "การท่องเที่ยวที่ถูกจัดขึ้นโดยใช้โครงสร้างและเครือข่าย โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อใช้บริการทางเพศในจุดหมายปลายทางของที่ท่องเที่ยว" [1]

การจัดการท่องเที่ยวทางเพศอาจแบ่งเป็นสองรูปแบบหลักคือ การจัดในประเทศและการจัดในต่างประเทศ ธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวทางเพศนี้เป็นธุรกิจที่มีผลประกอบการสูงเป็นจำนวนเงินหลายล้านต่อปี[2] ซึ่งมีหลายฝ่ายที่สนับสนุนว่าการท่องเที่ยวทางเพศส่งผลดีในเชิงท่องเที่ยวให้กับธุรกิจประเภทอื่นนอกเหนือจากธุรกิจทางเพศ เช่น ธุรกิจการบิน ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร ธุรกิจโรงแรมได้[3] แม้กระนั้นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการท่องเที่ยวทางเพศที่เห็นได้ชัดได้แก่ ปัญหาการซื้อขายมนุษย์และโสเภณีเด็ก[4]

จุดหมายของการท่องเที่ยวทางเพศที่เป็นที่นิยมมักจะเป็นประเทศที่ไม่มีกฎหมายการค้าประเวณี หรือประเทศที่มีกฎหมายห้ามแต่ไม่ได้ดำเนินการ เช่น คอสตาริกา,[5][6] คิวบา,[7][8] สาธารณรัฐโดมินิกัน,[9][10] เคนยา,[11] บราซิล,[12][13] เนเธอร์แลนด์, ฟิลิปปินส์, ไทย[14] เป็นต้น
