ยอห์น 1:1 (อังกฤษ: John 1:1) เป็นวรรคแรกของบทแรกของพระวรสารนักบุญยอห์นในภาคพันธสัญญาใหม่ของคัมภีร์ไบเบิลในศาสนาคริสต์ การแปลเป็นภาษาไทยของวรรคนี้ส่วนใหญ่มีความว่า:
