สะดูสี (อังกฤษ: Sadducees, /ˈsædjəsiːz/; ฮีบรู: צְדוּקִים, อักษรโรมัน: Ṣəḏūqīm, แปลตรงตัว 'Zadokites') เป็นนิกายของชาวยิวที่เคลื่อนไหวในยุคพระวิหารที่สอง ตั้งแต่ศตวรรษที่ 2 ก่อนคริสตกาลจนกระทั่งการทำลายพระวิหารที่สองในปี ค.ศ. 70 สะดูสีถูกกล่าวถึงในแหล่งข้อมูลทางวรรณกรรมร่วมสมัยว่ามีความขัดแย้งกับอีกสองนิกายใหญ่ในเวลานั้นคือฟาริสีและเอสซีน
