Nepenthes carunculata (ละติน: caruncula เล็ก/แคระ caro = เนื้อ; อ้างถึงรยางค์บนเมล็ด ) เป็นหม้อข้าวหม้อแกงลิงชนิดพื้นสูง พบบนเกาะสุมาตรา มีลักษณะคล้ายกับ N. bongso ซึ่งยังมีข้อโต้แย้งเกี่ยวกับ 2 ชนิดนี้ว่าควรแยกออกเป็นคนละชนิดหรือไม่
ลูกผสมตามธรรมชาติของ N. carunculata ยังไม่มีการบันทึกไว้ ถึงแม้ว่าอาจจะมีการผสมข้ามชนิดกับ N. bongso ก็ตาม
