บทความนี้กล่าวถึง การขนส่งรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนเกาหลี
ระบบถนน

ถึงแม้ว่าเกาหลีเหนือจะมีถนนทุกแห่งทั่วประเทศ แต่เนื่องจากเป็นคอมมิวนิสต์ ดังนั้นถนนส่วนใหญ่จึงไม่ลาดยาง มักจะขรุขระ ทำให้มีการปรับปรุงทางบ่อยครั้ง เนื่องจากไม่มีงบประมาณพอ ในปัจจุบัน ถนนทั่วประเทศมีระยะทางประมาณ 31,200 กิโลเมตร (ข้อมูลปี ค.ศ. 1999)

[แก้]ในเปียงยาง มีระบบขนส่งสาธารณะหลายระบบ มีทั้งรถแท็กซี่ รถรางและรถทรอลเลย์บัสประจำทางที่เป็นของชาติตนเอง

ในเกาหลีเหนือ มีแม่น้ำที่สำคัญหลายแห่ง เช่น แม่น้ำแทดง ซึ่งเป็นส่วนทำให้เกิดเมืองท่ามากมายในเกาหลีเหนือ

สายการบินเพียงหนึ่งเดียวของเกาหลีเหนือ คือ แอร์โครยอ และมีสายการบินอื่นมาลงที่เกาหลีเหนือ ได้แก่ แอร์ไชนา บินระหว่าง ปักกิ่ง - เปียงยาง
