ดันกัน (รัสเซีย: Дунгане) เป็นคำที่ใช้กันในแถบกลุ่มประเทศอดีตสหภาพโซเวียตที่สื่อความหมายถึงกลุ่มอิสลามิกชนที่มีเชื้อสายจีน[1] หรืออาจใช้ความหมายครอบคลุมไปยังประชาชนที่จัดอยู่กลุ่มภาษาเตอร์กิกแถบเขตปกครองตนเองซินเจียงอุยกูร์ในปัจจุบันด้วย อย่างไรก็ตามชาวดันกันทั้งในจีนและอดีตสหภาพโซเวียตจะเรียกตนเองว่า หุย
มีการสำรวจจำนวนประชากรในแถบอดีตสหภาพโซเวียตพบว่ามีชาวดันกันตั้งถิ่นฐานในประเทศคาซัคสถาน ประมาณ 36,900 คน ในปี ค.ศ. 1999[2]), ประเทศคีร์กีซสถาน ประมาณ 51,766 คน ในปี ค.ศ. 1999[3]) และในประเทศรัสเซีย ประมาณ 801 คน ในปี ค.ศ. 2002[4])
