ฮีทช็อคโปรตีน 47 หรือ เซอร์ปิน เอช1 (อังกฤษ: Heat shock protein 47; HSP47 หรือ SERPINH1) เป็นโปรตีนกลุ่มเซอร์ปินชนิดหนึ่งที่พบในมุษย์ มีบทบาทสำคัญในกระบวนการการสร้างคอลลาเจน ถูกถอดรหัสได้จากยีน SERPINH1 บนโครโมโซมคู่ที่ 11[3][4]

หน้าที่

HSP47 เป็นสมาชิกหนึ่งในโปรตีนมหาวงศ์เซอร์ปิน ทำหน้าที่ยับยั้งการทำงานของเอนไซม์ซีรีนโปรตีเอส การแสดงออกของโปรตีนชนิดนี้สามารถเหนี่ยวนำได้โดยการกระตุ้นเซลล์ให้เกิดความเครียดด้วยความร้อน (heat shock) โดยจะพบการแสดงออกของ HSP47 ในเซลล์ที่มีร่างแหเอนโดพลาซึม ซึ่งเซลล์เหล่านี้จะสร้างและหลั่งคอลลาเจนชนิด I และชนิด II [5] HSP47 จะเคลื่อนที่เข้าไปยัง lumen ของร่างแหเอนโดพลาซึมและเข้าจับกับคอลลาเจน ดังนั้นจึงคาดการณ์ได้ว่า HSP47 เป็นแชพเพอรอนที่ทำหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดัดแปลงโมเลกุลของคอลลาเจนให้มีสภาพพร้อมทำงาน อย่างไรก็ตาม ในผู้ป่วยโรคข้ออักเสบรูมาตอยด์อาจพบการแสดงออกของ HSP47 ได้น้อยกว่าปกติ เนื่องจากมีการสร้างสารภูมิต้านทานต้านตนเอง (autoantibody) ต่อ HSP47[3]
