ข้อมติสมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติที่ อีเอส-11/3 เป็นข้อมติแห่งสมัยประชุมพิเศษฉุกเฉินที่ 11 ของสมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติ มีมติรับเมื่อวันที่ 7 เมษายน 2565 ข้อมติดังกล่าวระงับสมาชิกภาพของรัสเซียในคณะมนตรีสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งสหประชาชาติ ต่อ "ความกังวลร้ายแรงต่อวิกฤตการณ์สิทธิมนุษยชนและมนุษยธรรมที่กำลังดำเนินอยู่ในยูเครน [...] ซึ่งรวมไปถึงการฝ่าฝืนอย่างโจ่งแจ้งและเป็นระบบและการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชน" ที่รัสเซียเป็นผู้ก่อ ข้อมติดังกล่าวผ่านด้วยเสียงสนับสนุน 93 เสียง คัดค้าน 24 เสียง และงดออกเสียง 58 เสียง
