ภาษากัว (Cua; ภาษาเวียดนาม:Bòng Mieu) มีผู้พูดทั้งหมด 27,766 คน (พ.ศ. 2542) ในจังหวัดกวางงายและจังหวัดกวางนัม จัดอยู่ในตระกูลภาษาออสโตรเอเชียติก ภาษากลุ่มมอญ-เขมร สาขามอญ – เขมรตะวันออก สาขาย่อยบะห์นาริก มีการแปลไบเบิลเป็นภาษากัวเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2516 เป็นคนละภาษากับภาษาคัว
