ชาวยูเครน (ยูเครน: українці, อักษรโรมัน: ukraintsi) เป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ชาวสลาฟตะวันออกที่เป็นชาวพื้นเมืองของยูเครน ซึ่งเป็นประเทศที่มีประชากรมากเป็นอันดับ 7[47] ในทวีปยุโรป และมากเป็นอันดับ 2 ในกลุ่มชาวสลาฟตะวันออก รองจากชาวรัสเซีย โดยในรัฐธรรมนูญยูเครนจะกล่าวถึงพลเมืองยูเครนทุกคนด้วยคำว่า "ชาวยูเครน"[48]

ในอดีต ชาวยูเครนเป็นที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ "ชาวรูทีเนีย",[49][50][51] "ชาวรัสเซียน้อย", และ"ชาวคอสแซค"
