สัญรูปอารมณ์ หรือที่นิยมทับศัพท์ อีโมติคอน หรือ เอโมติคอน (อังกฤษ: emoticon; /ɪˈmoʊtɪkɒn/, ə-MOH-tə-kon, น้อยมากที่ออกเสียง /ɪˈmɒtɪkɒn/),^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] เป็นคำย่อมาจาก "emotion icon" (สัญรูปอารมณ์)^[5] หรือเรียกสั้น ๆ ว่า อีโมท (emote) เป็นสัญรูปแสดงการแสดงออกของใบหน้า ผ่านการใช้ตัวอักษรเพื่อแสดงอารมณ์ ความรู้สึก

เอโมติคอนยุคแรกเป็นบรรพชนของเอโมจิ เอโมติคอนแรกของ ASCII คือ :-) และ :-( เขียนขึ้นครั้งแรกโดยสก็อต ฟอลแมนในปี 1982 แต่ความจริงแล้วเอโมติคอนแรกมีต้นกำเนิดมาจากระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เพลโต IV ในปี 1972^[6]
