ชาวโปแลนด์ หรือ ชาวโปล (โปแลนด์: Polacy เอกพจน์ Polak, อังกฤษ: Polish people หรือ Poles) เป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในกลุ่มชนสลาฟตะวันตกที่ตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในปัจจุบันคือโปแลนด์ ชาวโปแลนด์บางครั้งก็จะได้รับการบรรยายว่าเป็นผู้ที่มีวัฒนธรรมโปแลนด์ร่วมกัน และสืบเชื้อสายโปแลนด์ ศาสนาส่วนใหญ่เป็นโรมันคาทอลิก ชาวโปแลนด์อาจจะมหาหมายถึงทั้งผู้ที่ตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในโปแลนด์เองที่มีเชื้อสายโปแลนด์หรือชาติพันธุ์อื่น นอกจากนั้นก็ยังมีกลุ่มชนชาวโปแลนด์พลัดถิ่น (Polonia) ที่ไปตั้งหลักแหล่งทั่วไปในยุโรปตะวันตก ยุโรปตะวันออก ทวีปอเมริกา และออสเตรลีย
