สภาองคมนตรีอังกฤษ (อังกฤษ: Privy Council of England; His/her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council) คือสภาที่มีหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษาต่อพระมหากษัตริย์แห่งราชอาณาจักรอังกฤษ ซึ่งมีที่มาจากการแต่งตั้งโดยพระมหากษัตริย์ โดยสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่มักจะเป็นสมาชิกอาวุโสในสภาขุนนาง สภาสามัญชน ผู้พิพากษา นักการทูต ผู้นำเหล่าทัพ หรือสมาชิกอาวุโสแห่งคริสตจักรอังกฤษ สภาองคมนตรีอังกฤษนั้นถูกยุบแทนที่ด้วย "สภาองคมนตรีแห่งสหราชอาณาจักร" ในปี ค.ศ. 1707
สภาองคมนตรีอังกฤษนั้นถือเป็นองค์กรที่มีอำนาจมาก รวมถึงอำนาจในการให้คำปรึกษาต่อพระมหากษัตริย์ในการใช้พระราชอำนาจต่าง ๆ ซึ่งมีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย
