ประธานาธิบดีสหภาพโซเวียต ([Президент Советского Союза, Prezident Sovetskogo Soyuza] ข้อผิดพลาด: {{Lang-xx}}: ข้อความมีมาร์กอัปตัวเอียง (ช่วยเหลือ)) หรือชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการว่า ประธานาธิบดีสหภาพสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมโซเวียต (รัสเซีย: Президент Союза Советских Социалистических Республик) เป็นประมุขแห่งรัฐของสหภาพโซเวียตตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 มีนาคม 2533 ถึง 25 ธันวาคม 2534 มีฮาอิล กอร์บาชอฟเป็นบุคคลเดียวที่ดำรงตำแหน่งดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้กอร์บาชอฟยังเป็นเลขาธิการพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์สหภาพโซเวียตระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม 2528 ถึงเดือนสิงหาคม 2534 เขาได้รับส่วนแบ่งอำนาจเพิ่มขึ้นจากตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีกระทั่งเขาลาออกหลังความพยายามรัฐประหารในโซเวียตเมื่อปี 2534

ก่อนหน้าการสถาปนาตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดี ประมุขแห่งรัฐสหภาพโซเวียตโดยนิตินัยคือ ประธานคณะผู้บริหารสูงสุดของสภาโซเวียตสูงสุด (Presidium of the Supreme Soviet) ซึ่งสื่อนอกโซเวียตมักเรียกว่า "ประธานาธฺบดี" ทว่าเกือบระยะเวลาของสหภาพโซเวียต อำนาจการเมืองฝ่ายบริหารที่มีผลทั้งหมดอยู่ในมือของเลขาธิการพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์สหภาพโซเวียต โดยประธานคณะผู้บริหารสูงสุดใช้อำนาจในหน้าที่เชิงสัญลักษณ์และแต่ในนามเป็นส่วนมาก เลขาธิการพรรคสี่คนสุดท้ายตั้งแต่ปี 2520 เลโอนิด เบรจเนฟ, ยูริ อันโดรปอฟ, คอนสตันติน เชียร์เนนโคและกอร์บาชอฟดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นประมุขแห่งรัฐโดยนิตินัยร่วมกับเลขาธิการพรรคระหว่างสมัยดำรงตำแหน่งด้วย
เดิมประธานาธิบดีมาจากการเลือกตั้งโดยสภาประชาชน (Congress of People's Deputies)[1] และประธานาธิบดีเป็นประธานของสภาดังกล่าวโดยตำแหน่ง ทว่าการเลือกตั้งครั้งถัดมาทั้งหมดมาจากการเลือกตั้งโดยตรงจากประชาชน[2]
รองประธานาธิบดีสหภาพโซเวียต คือ เกนนาดี ยานาเยฟ ผู้ยึดอำนาจกอร์บาชอฟเป็นประธานาธิบดีในความพยายามรัฐประหารปี 2534 เป็นคณะกรรมาธิการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินแห่งรัฐ (State Committee of the State of Emergency)
