พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะและโบราณคดีแอชโมเลียน (อังกฤษ: The Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology; /æʃˈmoʊliən, ˌæʃməˈliːən/)[2] ตั้งอยู่บนถนนโบมอนต์ เมืองออกซฟอร์ด ประเทศอังกฤษ เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์สาธารณะแห่งแรกของอังกฤษ[3] อาคารหลังแรกสร้างขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1678–1683 เพื่อเป็นที่ตั้งของห้องสารภัณฑ์ซึ่งเอไลอัส แอชโมลมอบให้กับมหาวิทยาลัยออกซฟอร์ดในปี ค.ศ. 1677 และยังเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งที่สองของโลก หลังจากก่อตั้งคุนสท์มูซ็อยม์บาเซิล ในปี ค.ศ. 1661 โดยมหาวิทยาลัยบาเซิล[4]
อาคารหลังปัจจุบันสร้างขึ้นระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1841 ถึง ค.ศ. 1845 พิพิธภัณฑ์เปิดใหม่ในปี ค.ศ. 2009 หลังการปรับปรุงครั้งใหญ่ และในเดือนพฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 2011 มีการเปิดตัวห้องแสดงผลงานศิลปะใหม่ที่เน้นไปที่อียิปต์และนิวเบีย ในเดือนพฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 2016 พิพิธภัณฑ์เปิดห้องแสดงผลงานศิลปะของศิลปะยุคศตวรรษที่ 19 อีกครั้ง
