พรรคสร้างรัฐไต้หวัน (อังกฤษ: Taiwan Statebuilding Party ย่อ: TSP.จีนตัวเต็ม: 台灣基進; จีนตัวย่อ: 台湾基进) เป็นพรรคการเมืองในไต้หวันซึ่งเรียกร้องเอกราชไต้หวัน ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2559 ในชื่อ ปีกมูลวิวัตไต้หวัน (Taiwan Radical Wings) ถือเป็นพันธมิตรใกล้ชิดของพรรคประชาธิปไตยก้าวหน้า (Democratic Progressive Party)
ในการเลือกตั้งสภานิติบัญญัติไต้หวัน พ.ศ. 2563 พรรคได้ 1 ที่นั่ง

Besides supporting Taiwan independence, the TSP regards itself as a left-wing party that promotes social equality and admires the social welfare systems of northern European countries.
