ประวัติครอบครัว

ในทางการแพทย์ ประวัติครอบครัว (อังกฤษ: family history, FH, FHx) คือข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเจ็บป่วยของคนในครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยหรือผู้ที่กำลังเข้ารับการตรวจ ส่วนใหญ่หมายถึงผู้ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางสายเลือด^[1] มีประโยชน์คือช่วยทำให้สามารถระบุความเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคบางอย่างและอาจมีผลต่อการวินิจฉัยและแนวทางการรักษาหรือป้องกันโรคได้^[2]^[3]
