ประวัติ

Dok2 มีผลงานเพลงครั้งแรกเป็นของตัวเองเมื่อปี 2006 ในนาม ALL BLACK (ตอนอายุ 16 ปี) ร่วมกับ Microdot ใน Single : Chapter 1 / MUSIC, 2006 ชื่อของ Dok2 ในภาษาไทยนั้นสามารถเรียกได้ทั้ง ด๊อกทู และ ด๊อกกี้[1] เพราะการอ่านออกเสียง "2" ในเกาหลีจะอ่านออกเสียงว่า ยี่ หรือ อื ซึ่งมีความหมายในภาษาเกาหลีว่า "ขวาน" และออกอัลบั้มของตัวเองในปี 2008 ซึ่งขณะนั้น ด๊อกกี้ได้เข้าร่วมกลุ่มแร๊พเปอร์ชื่อดังของเกาหลีไปเรียบร้อยแล้วนั่นคือ The Movement Crew ประกอบไปด้วยสมาชิกชื่อดังมากมาย อาทิ Drunken Tiger - Tiger JK , Dynamic Duo- Gaeko, T aka Yoon Mi-Rae, Sean2Slow, Epik High - Tablo, Mithra Jin, DJ Tukutz, TBNY - Topbob, Yankie, Double K เป็นต้น

นอกจากจะทำงานเพลงของตัวเองแล้ว ด๊อกกี้ยังเคยเป็น Producer ให้กับศิลปินแรพคนอื่นๆอีกมากมาย ปัจจุบันด๊อกกี้ เป็นศิลปินอิสระ ภายใต้สังกัดเดียวกับ The Quitte ในชื่อสังกัด 1LLIONAIRE

In February 2012, Dok2 released his album Love & Life, The Album. The album consists of eleven tracks, and features a softer sound than his usual "dirty south" rapping style.[2] One track, Best Time (In Our Life) was released. The new album features various R&B and Korean hip hop artists such as Rado, Zion T., Jinbo and Bumkey.[3] Nine of the eleven tracks are produced by Dok2 himself. Other producers include Rado, Jinbo, and Prima Vista.
