ออบแนมอ (เปอร์เซีย: آب نما) เป็นตำบลในอำเภอกลาง เทศมณฑลรูดอน จังหวัดโฮร์โมซกอน ประเทศอิหร่าน[3] โดยมีหมู่บ้านแฆรอจีเป็นเมืองหลัก[4]
จากสำมะโนแห่งชาติ ค.ศ. 2006 ตำบลนี้มีประชากร 17,855 คนใน 3,747 ครัวเรือน[5] จากนั้นในสำมะโน ค.ศ. 2011 มีประชากรเพอ่มขึ้นเป็น 20,662 คนใน 5,153 ครัวเรือน[6] และสำมะโน ค.ศ. 2016 ตำบลนี้มีประชากร 22,271 คนใน 6,303 ครัวเรือน หมู่บ้านที่มีประชากรมากที่สุดในบรรดา 42 หมู่บ้านคือแฆรอจีที่มีประชากร 4,712 คน[2]
