มิดเดิลบืร์ค (ดัตช์: Middelburg) เป็นเมืองและเทศบาลแห่งหนึ่งทางทิศตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ของประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ และเป็นเมืองหลักของจังหวัดเซลันด์ มิดเดิลบืร์คตั้งอยู่ในคาบสมุทรตอนกลางของจังหวัดซึ่งมีชื่อว่า "มิดเดิน-เซลันด์" (ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอดีตเกาะวัลเคอเริน, โนร์ด-เบเฟอลันด์ และเซยด์-เบเฟอลันด์) มีจำนวนประชากรประมาณ 48,000 คน
