ช่องแคบสิงคโปร์ (Singapore Strait) เป็นช่องแคบที่ยาว 114 กิโลเมตร (71 ไมล์) กว้าง 16 กิโลเมตร (9.9 ไมล์) ตั้งอยู่บริเวณตอนใต้ของสิงคโปร์ ทางทิศตะวันออกติดกับทะเลจีนใต้ ทิศตะวันตกติดกับช่องแคบมะละกา ทางใต้ติดประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ช่องแคบนี้มีเส้นทางน้ำลึกไปยังท่าเรือสิงคโปร์ ซึ่งทำให้เป็นช่องแคบที่ชุกชุมมาก โดยมีเรือค้าเดินทางผ่านช่องแคบนี้ระมาณ 2,000 ลำทุกวัน
