ในปี 2008 เธอได้รับบทเปิดศึกกับเบท ฟีนิกซ์ ถึงแม้ว่าเธอจะแพ้ไปแต่ก็ทำให้เธอมีบทบาทมากขึ้นในรอว์[19][20] จนเธอได้รับบาจเจ็บขาผลิกทำให้เธอต้องพักไปนานถึง 5 เดือน[21] และกลับมาในปลายปี 2008 เปิดศึกกับเบทต่อ[22] และในปี 2009 เธอชนะเบทคว้าแชมป์กลับคืนมาได้[23][24]
