ไมด์เรด บลิส (อังกฤษ: Mildred Bliss) หรือที่รู้จักกันดีคือ ไมด์เรด เบิร์ก (อังกฤษ: Mildred Burke) เป็นนักมวยปล้ำอาชีพหญิงชาวอเมริกัน ที่ได้เข้าสู่หอเกียรติยศดับเบิลยูดับเบิลยูอี ในหมวดเลกาซีฮอลออฟเฟม, หอเกียรติยศมวยปล้ำอาชีพ และ Wrestling Observer Hall of Fame[1][3] เธอมีชื่อเสียงที่สุดในช่วงกลางทศวรรษ 1930 - กลางทศวรรษ 1950 เธอเป็นอดีตแชมป์ NWA World Women's Championship คนแรกที่ครองแชมป์ถึง 20 ปี[4]
