กลุ่ม เอ ของ แอฟริกาคัพออฟเนชันส์ 2019 จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 21 ถึง 30 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2562. กลุ่มนี้ประกอบไปด้วย สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยคองโก, เจ้าภาพ อียิปต์, ยูกันดา และ ซิมบับเว.[1]
