กรมทหารราบที่ 369 หรือชื่อเดิมว่า กรมกำลังพิทักษ์ชาติรัฐนิวยอร์กที่ 15 และมีชื่อเรียกทั่วไปว่า ฮาร์เล็มเฮลไฟตเตอส์ (Harlem Hellfighters) เป็นกรมทหารราบของกำลังพิทักษ์ชาติกองทัพนิวยอร์กระหว่างสงครามโลกครั้งที่หนึ่งและสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง ประกอบด้วยชาวอเมริกันเชื้อสายแอฟริกาเป็นส่วนใหญ่ และมีอเมริกันปวยร์โตรีโกบางส่วนระหว่างสงครามโลกครั้งที่สองด้วย ขึ้นชื่อว่าเป็นกรมทหารอเมริกันเชื้อสายแอฟริกากรมแรก ๆ ที่รับราชการกับกำลังรบนอกประเทศอเมริการะหว่างสงครามโลกครั้งที่หนึ่ง
