แบบจำลองมาตรฐานของฟิสิกส์เชิงอนุภาค (อังกฤษ: The Standard Model of particle physics) หรือ แบบจำลองมาตรฐาน (อังกฤษ: Standard Model) เป็นทฤษฎีที่ดีที่สุดในปัจจุบันสำหรับอธิบายแรงพื้นฐานสามชนิดในธรรมชาติ (ไม่รวมแรงโน้มถ่วง) ตลอดถึงอนุภาคมูลฐานที่มีผลกระทบอยู่ในแรงพื้นฐานเหล่านั้น อนุภาคเหล่านี้ประกอบกันขึ้นเป็นสสารที่เรามองเห็นได้ในเอกภพ มีการทดลองฟิสิกส์พลังงานสูงมากมายนับแต่ช่วงกลางคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 20 ที่เผยให้เห็นความสอดคล้องระหว่างการทดลองกับแบบจำลองมาตรฐาน แต่แบบจำลองมาตรฐานนี้ก็ยังไม่อาจจัดเป็นทฤษฎีแห่งสรรพสิ่งได้ เพราะมันยังไม่สามารถอธิบายแรงโน้มถ่วง สสารมืด หรือพลังงานมืดได้ นอกจากนี้ยังไม่มีคำอธิบายที่หมดจดสำหรับเลปตอนด้วย เพราะยังไม่สามารถอธิบายถึงสภาวะมวลนิวตริโนที่ไม่เท่ากับศูนย์
