เมซีเย 7 (อังกฤษ: Messier 7) หรือ เอ็ม7 ได้กำหนดเป็นชื่อ เอ็นจีซี 6475 และบางครั้งก็เรียกว่า กระจุกดาวทอเลมี[4] เป็นกระจุกดาวเปิดของดาวฤกษ์ที่ตั้งอยู่ในกลุ่มดาวแมงป่อง กระจุกดาวที่ตรวจพบได้อย่างง่ายดายด้วยตาเปล่า

เอ็ม7 ได้รับการรู้จักมาตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณ ถูกบันทึกครั้งแรกโดยนักดาราศาสตร์ชาวกรีกโรมันในศตวรรษที่ 1 ทอเลมี ซึ่งอธิบายว่าเป็นเนบิวลาใน ค.ศ. 130[5] ต่อมานักดาราศาสตร์ชาวอิตาลีจิโอวานนี บาติสตา โฮไดเออร์นา ได้ตั้งข้อสังเกตไว้ก่อนปี ค.ศ. 1654 และการนับ 30 ดาวในนั้น ต่อมาในปี ค.ศ. 1764 นักดาราศาสตร์ชาวฝรั่งเศสชาร์ล เมซีเย ได้จัดหมวดหมู่กระจุกดาวเป็นสมาชิกที่เจ็ดอยู่ในรายชื่อของวัตถุคล้ายดาวหาง
