สตีเวนส์เป็นอดีตนักมวยปล้ำของ โทเทิล นอนสต็อป แอคชั่น เรสต์ลิง (TNA) ใช้ชื่อว่า ออซัม คอง ในเดือนธันวาคม 2010 สตีเวนส์ได้เซ็นสัญญาให้กับสมาคม WWE ใช้ชื่อว่า คาร์มา เปิดตัวครั้งแรก ในศึก เอ็กซ์ตรีมรูลส์ (2011) โดยมาเล่นงาน มิเชล แมคคูล หลังจากที่แมคคูลแพ้ให้กับ เลย์ลา ต่อมาไม่นาน คาร์มาได้ตั้งครรภ์และต้องพักการปล้ำเป็นเวลา 9 เดือน ในศึก รอยัลรัมเบิล (2012) คาร์มาได้เข้าร่วมในแมตช์ รอยัลรัมเบิล โดยออกเป็นลำดับที่ 21 แต่ก็ตกรอบไป ในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2012 คาร์มาได้ถูกไล่ออกจาก WWE และได้ย้ายกลับไป TNA อีกครั้งในปี 2015 ในชื่อ ออซัม คอง
