เคอร์ทิส ลี เมย์ฟิลด์ (อังกฤษ: Curtis Lee Mayfield) (3 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1942 - 26 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1999) เป็นนักร้อง นักแต่งเพลง โปรดิวเซอร์เพลง ในแนวดนตรีโซล, อาร์แอนด์บี และฟังก์ เป็นที่รู้จักในการทำงานร่วมกับวง The Impressions โดยประพันธ์เพลงประกอบภาพยนตร์คนดำ เรื่อง Super Fly จากผลงานของเขา ทำให้เขาถูกขนานนามว่าเป็นผู้บุกเบิกด้านดนตรีฟังก์ และการสำนึกการเมืองในเพลงแอฟริกัน-อเมริกัน[1][2] เขายังมีความสามารถเล่นดนตรีได้หลายชนิด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกีตาร์,เบส,เปียโน,แซกโซโฟน และกลอง
