ชิคาซอว์ (อังกฤษ: Chickasaw) หมายถึงกลุ่มชนพื้นเมืองในสหรัฐอเมริกาที่เดิมตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในบริเวณทางตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของสหรัฐอเมริกา ชิคาซอว์พูดภาษาชิคาซอว์ที่จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มภาษามัสคีกิน (Muskogean languages)

ชิคาซอว์เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของอารยธรรมมิสซิสซิปปีที่มีถิ่นฐานอยู่ทั่วไปในบริเวณลุ่มแม่น้ำแม่น้ำมิสซิสซิปปี ก่อนที่จะได้พบกับชาวยุโรปเป็นครั้งแรกชิคาซอว์ย้ายไปทางตะวันออกไปตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในบริเวณทางตะวันออกของลุ่มแม่น้ำแม่น้ำมิสซิสซิปปี

ในคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 19 ชอคทอว์ก็ได้ชื่อว่าเป็นหนึ่งใน “ชนเผ่าผู้มีวัฒนธรรมทั้งห้า” (Five Civilized Tribes) ผู้ถูกบังคับให้ขายดินแดนบ้านเกิดของตนเองแก่รัฐบาลสหรัฐอเมริกาในปี ค.ศ. 1832 เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนกับการโยกย้ายไปยังเขตสงวนอินเดียนในโอคลาโฮมาระหว่างการดำเนินนโยบายตามรัฐบัญญัติว่าด้วยการโยกย้ายถิ่นฐานของชาวอเมริกันอินเดียนของรัฐบาลสหรัฐ ในปัจจุบันชิคาซอว์ส่วนใหญ่ตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในรัฐโอคลาโฮมา ก่อนหน้านั้นก็ตั้งถิ่นฐานอยู่ในบริเวณทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของลุ่มแม่น้ำมิสซิสซิปปีจนกระทั่งมาถูกกึ่งบังคับให้โยกย้าย
