มหาวิทยาลัยเมน (อังกฤษ: University of Maine) ชื่อย่อว่า UMaine[1] เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยรัฐประเภทศูนย์วิจัยที่ตั้งอยู่ที่เมืองโอโรโน, เมนในรัฐเมนในสหรัฐอเมริกา มหาวิทยาลัยเมนก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1865 เป็น "land grant college" และเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยหลักของ เครือมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งรัฐเมน (University of Maine System) [1][2]
มหาวิทยาลัยเมนเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในรัฐเมนที่มีนิสิตราว 12,000 คน โดยเปิดสอนระดับปริญญาตรี โท เอก ในหลายสาขา และได้รับการจัดให้เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยประเภทศูนย์วิจัยโดยระบบการจัดประเภทของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาคาร์เนกี (Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education) [3]
