นากแม่น้ำ (อังกฤษ: River otter[2]) เป็นนากสกุลหนึ่ง ใช้ชื่อสกุลว่า Lontra (/ลอน-ตร้า/)
เป็นนากสกุลที่พบได้ในทวีปอเมริกา หรือซีกโลกใหม่ เดิมทีเคยถูกรวมให้เป็นสกุลเดียวกันกับสกุล Lutra หรือ นากใหญ่ แต่ปัจจุบันถูกจำแนกออกมาต่างหาก[3]
