It's a pray. Some part of it is probably in en:Pali which I can't translate.
โอมปู่เจ้าสมิงไพร ปู่เจ้ากำแหงให้กูมาทำควาย Om Pu Chao Saming Phrai (a Rishi), he dared me to create buffalo.
เชิญพระอีศวรมาเป็นตาซ้าย เชิญพระอาทิตย์มาเป็นตาขวา Invite Shiva to be the left eye. Invite Surya to be the right eye.
เชิญพระนารายณ์มาเป็นเขา เชิญพระอินทร์เจ้าเข้ามาเป็นหาง Invite Narayana to be the horns. Invite Indra to be the tail.
เชิญพระพุทธคีเนตร์ พระพุทธคีนายมาเป็นสีข้างทั้งสอง Invite Phra Phuttha Khenet, Phra Phuttha Khenai (two elephants in Hinduism) to be the flanks.
เชิญพระจัตตุโลกบาลทั้งสี่มาเป็นสี่เท้า Invite Four Heavenly Kings to be the four legs.
เชิญฝูงผีทั้งหลายเข้ามาเป็นไส้พุง นะมะสะตีติ Invite the ghosts to be internal organs. (...last part in Pali...)
