กอริลลา (อังกฤษ: Gorilla) จัดอยู่ในไฟลัมสัตว์มีแกนสันหลัง ชั้นสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม เป็นเอปชนิด Gorilla gorilla ในวงศ์ Pongidae นับเป็นไพรเมตที่มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดที่ยังดำรงเผ่าพันธุ์มาจนถึงปัีจจุบัน ตัวสูงขนาดคนแต่ล่ำสันและแข็งแรงกว่ามาก มีถิ่นกำเนิดในทวีปแอฟริกา
