นกกระเรียนไซบีเรีย นกกระเรียนขาวไซบีเรีย หรือ นกกระเรียนหิมะ เป็นนกในวงศ์นกกระเรียน นกชนิดนี้ทำรังวางไข่ในบริเวณใกล้ขั้วโลกเหนือของประเทศรัสเซีย ในสาธารณรัฐซาฮาและทางตะวันตกของไซบีเรีย เป็นนกอพยพระยะทางไกล ประชากรทางตะวันออกอาศัยในบริเวณแม่น้ำแยงซีและทะเลสาบผอหยางในประเทศจีน ประชากรทางตอนกลางอาศัยอยู่ที่อุทยานแห่งชาติเคโอลาเดโอ ประเทศอินเดีย (ประชากรตัวสุดท้ายของนกกระเรียนไซบีเรียกลุ่มนี้ถูกพบเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 2002) และประชากรทางตะวันตกอาศัยอยู่ในเฟ่ะเรดูนเค่ะนอรในประเทศอิหร่าน นกกระเรียนอาศัยในพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำ กินหน่อ ราก และหัวพืชน้ำเป็นอาหาร
