นอร์มัน เมลเลอร์ (อังกฤษ: Norman Mailer หรือ Norman Kingsley Mailer; 31 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1923 – 10 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 2007) เป็นนักเขียน, กวี, นักเขียนบทละคร, นักเขียนบทภาพยตร์, Essayist, นักหนังสือพิมพ์, คอลัมนิสต์ และผู้กำกับภาพยนตร์คนสำคัญชาวอเมริกัน

เมลเลอร์ และทรูแมน คาโพตี, โจน ดิเดียน, ฮันเทอร์ เอส ทอมสัน, จอห์น แม็คฟี และ ทอม วูล์ฟ ถือว่าเป็นผู้ริเริ่มการเขียนด้วยวิธีใช้ “การบรรยายเรื่องสารคดี” (narrative nonfiction) ซึ่งเป็นประเภทงานเขียนที่เรียกว่า “การเขียนข่าวแนวใหม่” (New Journalism) ที่ใช้ในการเขียนตั้งแต่บทความไปจนถึงนวนิยายเชิงสารคดี (Nonfiction novel)
