พลโทนายแพทย์ ชิโร อิชิอิ (ญี่ปุ่น: 石井 四郎; โรมาจิ: Ishii Shirō) เป็นแพทย์ทหารชาวญี่ปุ่นประจำกองทัพจักรวรรดิญี่ปุ่น และนักจุลชีววิทยาและผู้อำนวยการของหน่วย 731 ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานการทดลองอาวุธชีวภาพแห่งกองทัพจักรวรรดิญี่ปุ่นที่มีส่วนร่วมในการนำชาวจีนและเชลยศึกจากที่ต่าง ๆ เช่น เกาหลี รัสเซีย เป็นต้นมาเป็นเหยื่อการทดลองมนุษย์ที่สุดแสนจะวิปริตทำให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตมากที่สุดในระหว่างสงครามจีน-ญี่ปุ่นครั้งที่สอง (1937–1945)
