The Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University (Thai: คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย), the seventh faculty of Chulalongkorn University, was established on the 10th July 1957. The first Dean was Prof. Poonsapaya Navawongs na Ayudhya. The Faculty of Education endeavors to build the educational standards of the teaching profession and continuously promote its development. The Faculty is committed to searching for new knowledge and disseminating research findings, to further academic progress and academic services for the benefit of society. The vision of the Faculty of Education is "The Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, will continue its endeavor for both new bodies of knowledge and maintain its position as the country’s “Reference in Education”".[3]

- On 26 March 1917 Chulalongkorn University was established. Department of Teacher Education belonged to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, then the Faculty of Arts and Sciences separated and the Department changed the name to "Department of Education" in the new Faculty of Arts and Education.
- On 10 July 1957 the Faculty of Education was established and the first Dean of the Faculty of Education was Prof. Poonsapaya Navawongs na Ayudhya. In that time, the Faculty of Education consisted of four departments: Foundation of Education, Elementary Education, Secondary Education and Educational Research.
- On 20 June 1958, Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School was established by Prof. Poonsapaya Navawongs na Ayudhya.
- In 1969, Department of Art Education was established.
- In 2004, the Faculty of Education was restructured and separated into four departments: Curriculum, Instruction and Educational technology, Art, Music and Dance Education, Educational Policy, Management and Leadership and Educational Research and Psychology.
- In 2011, the Faculty of Education was restructured and separated into six departments: Curriculum and Instruction, Art, Music and Dance Education, Educational Policy, Management and Leadership, Educational Research and Psychology and Two new departments: Lifelong Education and Educational technology and communication.[4]
- On 26 March 2012 Pra-ming-kwan-karn-suk-sa-thai" (Thai: พระมิ่งขวัญการศึกษาไทย) was opened officially by Her Royal Highness Princess Sirindhorn.
- In 2017 the Faculty of Education celebrated according to the 60th anniversary of the establishment.
- On 7 October 2019, the Thailand Environmental Education for Sustainable Development (EESD) Partner was launched.[5]
