กลุ่ม เอฟ ของ แอฟริกาคัพออฟเนชันส์ 2019 รอบคัดเลือก จะเป็นหนึ่งใน 12 กลุ่มที่จะตัดสินหาทีมที่เข้าไปเล่นในทัวร์นาเมนต์ แอฟริกาคัพออฟเนชันส์ 2019 รอบสุดท้าย. กลุ่มนี้ประกอบไปด้วยสี่ทีม: กานา, เอธิโอเปีย, เซียร์ราลีโอน, และ เคนยา.[1]

แต่ละทีมลงเล่นแบบพบกันหมดในรูปแบบเหย้าและเยือนระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน 2560 และเดือน พฤศจิกายน 2561.[2]

กานา และ เคนยา, แชมป์และรองแชมป์กลุ่ม, ได้สิทธิ์เข้าแข่งขัน แอฟริกาคัพออฟเนชันส์ 2019.[3]
