เมซีเย 87 (อังกฤษ: Messier 87 หรือ Virgo A, NGC 4486, 3C 274, หรือชื่อย่อว่า M87) เป็นดาราจักรทรงรีขนาดยักษ์ในกลุ่มดาวหญิงสาว ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในดาราจักรที่มีมวลมากที่สุดในเอกภพ โดยมีกระจุกดาวทรงกลมโคจรอยู่รอบๆมากถึง 12,000 กระจุก และตั้งอยู่ในกระจุกดาราจักรหญิงสาว (Virgo cluster) ซึ่งอยู่หางออกไป 65 ล้านปีแสง.
