เกลียวอาร์คิมิดีส (อังกฤษ: Archimedes' screw) หรือปั๊มเกลียว (screwpump) คือเครื่องจักรในประวัติศาสตร์ที่ใช้ในการขนถ่ายน้ำจากที่ต่ำไปยังท้องร่องชลประทาน อาร์คิมิดีสได้ชื่อว่าเป็นผู้คิดค้นปั๊๊มเกลียว แต่ที่แท้แล้วมีการใช้งานเครื่องจักรลักษณะนี้มาก่อนหน้าเขาแล้วหลายศตวรรษในประเทศอียิปต์
