มะเร็งเยื่อบุหรือคาร์ซิโนมา (อังกฤษ: cacinoma) เป็นมะเร็งชนิดหนึ่งที่เจริญขึ้นมาจากเซลล์เยื่อบุ ซึ่งเป็นเนื้อเยื่อที่บุพื้นผิวทั้งภายในและภายนอกร่างกาย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเซลล์ที่เจริญมาจากชั้นเอนโดเดิร์มหรือเอคโตเดิร์ม
