Thai name: เจ้าเศรษฐีคำฝั้น (Prince Setti Khamfan)

He was born on 1756. He was the eighth son of Chao Fah Chai Keaw (Prince Keaw) and Phra Mae Chao Chantadevi (Princess Chantadevi). At that time, Lanna kingdom was under Burmish's reign. He fought in the battles along with brothers to restore peace in Lanna. He was the most affluent among his brothers due to his marriage to Netnarivai. She was an heir to a wealthy man in Mae Hong Sorn. He renovated the abandoned city of Hariphunchai (Lumphun in present day) and got promoted to be the first governor of Lum Phun ( in Thai: เจ้านครลำพูนองค์ที่ 1). When his older brother, Kawila, passed away, he got the title "The Regent of Chiang Mai" (in Thai: เจ้าอุปราชเมืองนครเชียงใหม่) and later became "The Governor of Chiang Mai" (in thai: เจ้านครเชียงใหม่). He rule Chiang Mai for 3 years and got the name "The Governor of two Cities". He passed away on 13 February 1825, 69 years old[1]
