Bua loi (Rice balls in sweet coconut milk) Bua loi is dessert that have been with Thai people for a long time. People usually make it for religious ceremony, ritual ceremony or make it for eat generally bua loi is meticulous in taste, color, beautiful, smell good.

Ingredient[แก้]

  1. glutinous flour 2 measuring cups
  2. steam mashed taro 1 measuring cup (if you need flour to be more colorful, you can use pumpkin for make flour be yellow. use pandanus leaf for make flour be green)
  3. water 1/4 measuring cup
  4. coconut milk

How to make Bua loi[แก้]

  1. thresh glutinous flour, steam mashed taro and water together until it mixes together then take some small of flour and mold it to be circle. when you mold the flour you should strew some glutinous flour, It will help your mold flours don't stick together.
  2. let the flour that you mold boil in water. when the flour is ripe, It will float to water surface.
  3. take out the flour that ripe from the pot.
  4. pour coconut milk into the cup that you put the ripe flour in it.
  5. served bua loi when it still hot will make it delicious.
